Professional Engagement
Mavixo works under a formal Statement of Work (SOW). Every project follows agile development standards and professional technical documentation.
Project Delivery & Milestones
We follow a milestone-based delivery model. Each phase is approved by the client before moving to the next to ensure quality and precision.
Intellectual Property Rights
Full ownership of source code, designs, and assets is transferred to the client upon final payment. Mavixo retains only its core pre-existing technology licenses.
Payment & Financial Terms
Invoicing is based on agreed milestones. Additional features outside the initial scope may incur separate professional fees.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing necessary content, API access, and timely feedback to ensure the project remains on schedule.
